By Monday, November 18, 2024, each user must collect a kit consisting of:
10-litre bins for organic trash
Credentials to activate the AMIA Verona app
Personal card to open the dumpsters
The person registered for the Ta.Ri. (trash collection service) or a representative must pick up the kit at the dedicated ‘ecosportelli’ help desks and deliver the completed form found on p. 11. At the meetings and ‘ecosportelli’ help desks, users will be provided with all necessary operating instructions and a practical test will be run to simulate trash delivery
CARD REQUIRED: SANCTIONS FOR FAILURE TO PICK UP THE CARD
The City of Verona Urban Waste Management Regulation requires trash producers to PICK UP THE CARD.
Article 7, section 6, letter L establishes a sanction of €200.00 for a failure to pick up the card, as set out in Title IV – Control and Sanctions Article 38, section 6.
Door-to-door collection for paper-cardboard and plastic–metal
Paper-cardboard and plastic-metal packaging will be collected at home on a weekly basis via the door-to-door system. Users should set out trash on public streets in the following ways:

Time to set out trash: between 7:00 and 9:00 pm on collection day
Door-to-door collection will begin on Wednesday November 20 for paper and on November 21 for plastic-metal.
