The holder of the TARI account (or a delegated person) must collect the kit at the dedicated eco-counters (see page 14), delivering the completed coupon found on page 22. During the meetings and at the eco-counters, all operational instructions will be provided and a practical test will be carried out to simulate waste disposal.
CARD COLLECTION IS MANDATORY: PENALTY PROVIDED FOR THOSE WHO FAIL TO COLLECT IT
The Regulation for the management of urban waste of the Municipality of Verona obliges waste producers to COLLECT THE CARD. Article 7, paragraph 6, letter L, provides, for failure to collect it, a fine of €200.00 as provided for in Title V – Controls and Sanctions, Article 38, paragraph 6.
DOOR-TO-DOOR HOME COLLECTION
FOR PAPER–CARDBOARD AND PLASTIC–METALS
F or paper-cardboard and plastic-metal packaging, collection will be home-based with weekly frequency, using the door-to-door system. Users must place their waste on public ground, as close as possible to their house number, not at the containers, according to the following methods:

Exposure times: waste must be exposed the evening before the collection day between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Plastic and metals must be disposed of in a closed bag, while paper and cardboard must be disposed of in cardboard boxes or paper bags.
Door-to-door collection will start from Monday, March 9, 2026
according to the collection calendar.
