NON–DOMESTIC USERS

For NON-DOMESTIC USERS, different services are activated depending on the category to which they belong.

Non-Domestic Users belonging to categories such as hotels, restaurants, bars, canteens, supermarkets*, are required to join the dedicated AMIA service for the collection of the organic fraction (FORSU). They must therefore use the dedicated containers (240-litre bins or other assigned volumes), and the use of loose bags or unauthorized containers is not permitted. For the other waste fractions (paper, plastic/metals, residual dry waste), dedicated containers may also be requested, subject to technical inspection. Bins must be requested directly online through the website www.amiavr.it under the section non-domestic users – container request / inspection.

* trattorias, inc, pizzerias, pubs, canteens, breweries, hamburger restaurants, bars, cafés, pastry shops, supermarkets, bread and pasta retail activities, butcher shops, cured meats and cheese shops, grocery stores, multi-licen-ced food retailers and/or mixed goods, fruit and vegetable shops, fishmongers, flower and plant shops, takeaway pizza shops, hypermar- kets of mixed goods and food market stalls.

Non-Domestic Users that do not belong to the above-mentioned categories but produce high quantities of waste may request dedicated containers, which will be delivered following technical assessment by AMIA: 240-litre bins are available for organic waste, paper, plastic/metals and residual waste, as well as roll-off containers of 20 cubic metres or more. Allocation of containers is subject to technical inspection, which can be requested through the website www.amiavr.it under non-domestic users – request for additional containers.

Finally, Non-Domestic Users that produce waste in quantities similar to a Domestic User, such as professional offices and offices, subject to compatibility verification by AMIA, may: dispose of dry waste, glass and organic waste at controlled- access stations, accessible via app and/or card; dispose of paper and plastic/metals through the Door-to-Door service, according to the current calendar. Disposal is permitted exclusively for waste deriving from surfaces regularly subject to TARI.

Exposure must follow the established calendar.
