ANSA ADIGE: GRADUAL REPLACEMENT OF OLD CONTAINERS WITH CONTROLLED-ACCESS BINS BEGINS.

Over the coming days, gradually and approximately until the end of October, new bins will be installed for residual waste and organic waste, as well as for paper/cardboard and plastic/metal. No door-to-door collection service is planned.

In this first phase, the new paper/cardboard and plastic/metal containers, although designed to be locked, will be left open. This is in line with other neighbourhoods that have door-to-door collection without controlled access. The organic and residual waste bins, however, can only be unlocked with the card and the AMIA Verona app. Glass remains freely accessible.

It is therefore important that, starting now, all users who did not collect their card at the temporary Eco-Desks in recent months go to the Solori Eco-Desk at Vicolo Volto Cittadella, 4. It is open WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, Monday to Friday from 7:45 to 12:45, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays also in the afternoon from 14:30 to 16:00.

In the meantime, you can download the app for opening the bins right away by following the instructions for using the app.

As each collection point is replaced, tutors will be on hand to assist residents during this delicate transition phase. Specially trained AMIA staff will remain present during the first months of the new system. They will inform users and guide them through their first uses of the controlled-access bins and the simple steps to download their credentials.
