The holder of the TARI account (or a delegated person) must collect the kit at the dedicated eco-counters (see page 11), delivering the completed coupon found on page 18. During the meetings and at the eco-counters, all operational instructions will be provided and a practical test will be carried out to simulate waste disposal.
CARD COLLECTION IS MANDATORY: PENALTY PROVIDED FOR THOSE WHO FAIL TO COLLECT IT
The Regulation for the management of urban waste of the Municipality of Verona obliges waste producers to COLLECT THE CARD. Article 7, paragraph 6, letter L, provides, for failure to collect it, a fine of €200.00 as provided for in Title IV – Controls and Sanctions, Article 38, paragraph 6.
