Dear Taxpayer, An analysis of the Ta.Ri. (trash collection service) shows that you still do not have the card to use the locked dumpsters in your area. You must have this card to correctly deliver waste and it is required, as is its use. This therefore serves as a further request following similar information that was originally sent to you via mail in October 2023. We ask that you visit the Solori offices on Vicolo Volto Cittadella, 4, in Verona, to pick up and activate the card (for free) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND AT MOST 30 DAYS following receipt of this letter. The card may be picked up without an appointment, even by a delegate (on plain paper with a copy of your ID), directly at the information desk during the following times: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am – 12:45 pm; Tuesday and Thursday also 2:25 – 4:00 pm.
Alternatively, until 30 November, you can pick up the card at the temporary desk at Area Poggi, Via Ventotto Marzo, 8, Porto San Pancrazio, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00–7:00 pm.
In the event of further failure to comply with the terms above, the relevant sanction will be applied without further notice, as provided for by the City of Verona Urban Waste Management Regulation. Article 7, section 6, letter L establishes a sanction of €200.00 for a failure to pick up the card, as set out in Title IV – Control and Sanctions Article 38, section 6.
